To help us build better contact lists and ensure the right people are receiving the right updates, we’re asking every agency to complete this updated Partner Information Form.

This form collects essential contact and distribution details for your organization. We’ll use this information to:

Make sure our emails reach the right people on your team
Keep the Food Bank’s website and printed materials accurate
Improve coordination for distributions and partner outreach

✅ All agencies must complete this form, even if you submitted a previous version
