Our partners are vital to our mission of solving hunger in northern Nevada and the surrounding areas.
Our Partner Agencies are the boots on the ground in the fight against hunger. The Food Bank distributes more than 17 million meals through this amazing network and we couldn’t do it without you! Thank you for being our partners each and every day to make sure that the families who need our help have the peace of mind knowing they will have the food that they need.

Each agency is required to submit monthly statistical reports of each person and meal served. Reports should be submitted to via email, and the previous month’s report is due by the 15th of each month.

Food Safety is a top priority for our clients and our partner agencies. If there is a recall of product provided by the Food Bank to our partner agencies, we will contact agency representatives. Please make sure that you read emails daily, quarantine, isolate and label any affected product and comply with disposal directions to maintain safety.
For a complete list of recalls, visit recalls.gov.
These online training videos are offered to assistant partner agencies. If you have questions, or have requests for future training videos, please reach out. 2025 Partner Agency Conference
Meeting the Moment: Thriving in Times of Change
Strengthening Our Network for the Road Ahead FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26 | 8AM-4:30PM
RENAISSANCE RENO DOWNTOWN HOTEL & SPA – One Lake Street, Reno
We’re excited to gather once again for a day dedicated to connection, collaboration, and shared learning across our incredible network of partner agencies. This year’s theme, Meeting the Moment: Thriving in Times of Change, reflects our collective strength and resilience as we navigate evolving challenges and continue building a stronger, more equitable food system.
A Special Thanks to Our Visionary Leader Sponsor
This important gathering is made possible through the generous support of our Visionary Leader sponsor, Thomas Bottom. His personal commitment helps bring our network together for a full day of inspiring keynote speakers, skill-building workshops, and meaningful conversations that will shape the road ahead for hunger relief in northern Nevada and the eastern Sierra.
Our goal is to make the conference accessible to all our valued partners. A limited number of scholarships are available to those who may need financial assistance. Scholarships can help cover the registration fee and/or provide stipends for travel and accommodations.
{SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED}
Thank you to our sponsors for making this event possible

Help Us Stay in Touch – Please Complete the Partner Agency Profile Form
We are working to strengthen communication with all our partner agencies, and that starts with having the most accurate and up-to-date information on file.
To support this, we now use one single Partner Agency Profile Form for all agencies. Whenever your agency needs to submit information, whether for the first time or to report updates, please complete the entire form in full, even if you believe some details have not changed.
This form is the only way to submit new or updated information. Updates cannot be submitted by email or through any other method. Using this form ensures we have consistent, complete, and accurate records every time.
Why this form matters
This form collects essential contact, program, and distribution details for your organization. We use this information to:
• Make sure our emails and updates reach the right people on your team • Keep the Food Bank website, resource lists, and printed materials accurate • Improve coordination for distributions, communication, and partner support • Ensure we can quickly reach the appropriate contacts when needs or opportunities arise
Thank you for helping us keep our records current and for everything you do to support our community.
