The Food Bank of Northern Nevada could certainly not accomplish what we do without the tremendous support of our friends, supporters, advocates and volunteers. The people and organizations that care enough to help and support us are so important to our mission and the hungry in our region. You can make a difference by volunteeering. Advocate

Use your voice to educate others about the issues of hunger in our region. Many do not realize how many people are needing to reach out for help. Others do not know that close to half of the people that we serve (over 70,000 each year) are children. Every person that you tell about the issue of hunger puts us that much closer to solving it!

Hold a Food Drive

Hold a food drive at your business, with your friends or at your church or organization. Every can makes a difference.

Volunteer

Only through your efforts can we achieve our mission of helping feed the hungry in our service area of Northern Nevada and the Eastern Sierra. When you donate your time to the Food Bank of Northern Nevada, you become a partner in the fight against hunger.
