Whether you are a self-motivated individual volunteer, represent a community or employee group, or are looking for school or work-related, or court-ordered community service opportunities, there’s something for you to do to help at the Food Bank of Northern Nevada. You’ll have fun and help those less fortunate in our region. All are welcome over the age of ten years of age. Children between the ages of 10 and 16 who volunteer must
be accompanied by an adult.
Here are our upcoming warehouse volunteer schedules for you to review: March and April.. Prior to volunteering, all individuals and groups must make a reservation so we can plan an appropriate task for the number of volunteers. Please contact Mary Burdick at 775-331-3663, ext. 157.

Last year our volunteers gave 22,000+ hours of their time, talent and dedication that helped us to feed more than 200,000 people. This is the equivalent of 10 full time employees that helped keep our costs in check and feed more people.
